About the Owner:

Samantha Garwood has always had an eye for the road and a knack for 
getting things done.  So, after her initiation into the transportation side of the 
North Dakota oil fields, pilot cars seemed a logical next step for service-
driven young woman.  And her years of managerial experience, business 
savvy, and business college credits wouldn’t hurt either. 
 
In late 2019, Samantha tightened her bootstraps, grabbed the bull by the 
horns, and has grown an idea into a thriving small business of quality escort 
drivers for overweight and oversize loads.  
 
Though RPPCS is still young and growing, excellence, professionalism, and a 
plain old-fashioned work ethic are what keeps us “Soaring Above The Rest”.
